A geothermal heat pump is among the longest-lived pieces of equipment in a home, and it stays efficient only with the right service. Fern Gully Heating & Cooling maintains and repairs ground-source systems across Chatham-Kent, including units another company installed.
Annual service on a geothermal system catches the small things before they cut efficiency or stop the unit in January. We check refrigerant charge, loop flow, electrical controls, aux heat, and the thermostat logic that decides when backup heat kicks in.
When something does fail, we troubleshoot WaterFurnace, ClimateMaster, and other ground-source heat pumps, source the parts, and get the system running again. We also take on service for systems we did not install, so if your original installer is no longer around, the equipment is not left stranded.
